This antenna booster increases reception, reduces dropped calls, and provides better sound quality. It can be installed in cars, offices, homes, cabins, or wherever the mobile phone reception is weak. Its extension cable is about 7 feet long. No special adaptor is required. A Velcro pad is included with the purchase to "attach" to the back of your cell phone. It may not provide as strong a signal as the "plug-in" adaptor type of external antennas that attach directly to cellular phones using an antenna "connector".
