No response to your repeated emails?

How to make sure that you get our email:

After sorting through Spam and deleting thousands of them per day to access hundreds of legitimate emails, we attempt to respond to all emails within three business days. If you do not receive a response to an email sent to us within three business days, please read the following instructions to help us eliminate the cause of the problem and reduce inconvenience for all of us.

As posted under "Info" and "Contact us/ ABOUT us", please do not send any emails with any form of "attachments" because we do not open emails with attachments due to the risk of infecting our computers with computer viruses. In some email softwares, you may have to reset your general mail options for "replying or forwarding emails as inline text" instead of "replying or forwarding emails as an attachment".

Triple-Check for typos! Most emails do not reach us due to typing errors in the email addresses. Please make sure that you type in our correct email address (,, Please make sure that your email address in your computer (reply address) is correct. We can't reach you if you type in a typo into your address. If our email bounces back from your address, it is automatically deleted by our email server because it is returned as an attachment by our ISP (We don't open attachments anyway) and it is considered as a hard-bounce/ non-existent or invalid email address which sometimes is truly the case with so many fraudulent orders that we receive daily. Therefore, we will not be able to reach you. It is your responsibility to make sure that you provide a correct email address where we can reach you on the order form if you place an order with us and/or in the reply area of your email.

Make sure that your email software is not filtering out our email inadvertently as bulkmail or Spam:

Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers inboxes. Sometimes, they accidentally filter the e-mail that you want and need to receive. No email software Spam filtration system in the world works perfectly removing only 100% of Spam. A small percentage of legitimate emails are intercepted and blocked inadvertently by all Spam filtration systems. Some Spam filtration systems that users subscribe to, send out a notice to the sender that allows the sender to fill in pertinent information in order to release the email to the recipient. However, in many cases, users that subscribe to email services from the majority of email providers like MSN Hotmail, AT&T Worldnet Webmail, AOL mail, Lycos Mail, Yahoo! Mail, and other email providers have a free built-in general Spam protection option. This free built-in general Spam protection is governed by general Spam rules based on a certain criteria that apply to all incoming emails and notices are NOT sent out to the senders when emails are blocked in order to save bandwidth or due to an unknown reason.

These Spam rules do not weed out 100% of Spam and nor do they allow 100% of legitimate email to pass through. As mentioned above, they do not send out notices to the senders that a particular email was blocked so that we can use the telephone in those instances to inform the customer of whatever it was that we were trying to inform by email. Therefore, when we email you regarding your order or when we reply to your email with a response assuming that you will receive the pertinent piece of information, it is a definite possibility in many cases that our email will never reach you and NEITHER of us will receive any notice whatsoever that the email that was sent to you by us was NOT allowed to go through to you. So, what is the solution?

One solution is to make sure that our e-mails are not filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder. Please add to your list of trusted senders. Here's how:

Hotmail: Place the domain on your Safe List, so that you can receive our "Order Confirmation", "Order Status", and other email responses to your inquiries. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

AOL: Place the domain in your Address Book.

Yahoo! Mail: If our email is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

Some Spam filters: Place the domain on the filter's whitelist. You may need to search a filter's help for how to do this and depending upon the software/ version, they may call a "whitelist," a "good list" or a similar name.

Other ISPs: If our email address is being filtered, add the "" domain (or 'From' or 'Reply-to' address) to your address book or contact list.

If that option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from Follow their instructions for whitelisting.

NOTE: If your ISP does not allow you to whitelist a domain, they are violating your basic right to receive e-mail from whomever you want. There are many other, customer-focused, ISPs who would love to have your business.

It's a shame to bother you like this, but in this day and age, we feel like the dolphin caught in the Tuna-Spam net. We support fully the Anti-Spam motivations of all mail servers and ISPs.

But some are simply unfair to bonafide, honest companies that just want to communicate with their customers. For example, SpamCop can blacklist a company simply because someone complains about them. Since the blocked company does not even receive the common courtesy of receiving the e-mail address of the complainant from SpamCop, they cannot even check to see if that address belongs to a customer of theirs (people do forget they had ordered from a certain company quite often).

It's unfair to the dolphins, but unfortunately, that's the way it is. Result? Tens of thousands of e-mails can be blocked because of an unfair, abusive complaint that cannot be verified (the complaint might as well be originating from a competitor), and for which there is no recourse at SpamCop who have made themselves virtually inaccessible.

So please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping emails from you.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but these circumstances are beyond our control. All you and we can do is work together with the ISPs to shut out the Spammers.

Email is a critical medium of communication that most of us rely on to some extent. Businesses like ours rely on it to a great extent because it is extremely difficult for us to call each customer by phone immediately after they place an order to confirm that we have indeed received their online order. It is also extremely difficult to try to reach customers by phone each time to inform them about their order status and to inform each customer by phone of their tracking number after each package ships. It is possible to call by phone each time for these reasons, but it will take tremendous amount of resources and that will eventually result in higher prices passed on to customers.

It is also extremely difficult to respond by telephone to each of the hundreds of email inquiries that we receive each day because most of the time when we call, the customers are not available or they are at work, there is no answering machine or voicemail to leave a message on, or they are asleep, etc. On the other hand, an email is always the best option that is least intrusive and most convenient for customers and businesses alike.

This critical medium of email communication is now in jeopardy due to Spamming by few unethical people that wish to exploit this useful medium of communication for their own selfish motives. Spam has increased because it must be financially rewarding to Spammers to some extent. Spam must be punished and not rewarded. Hereby, we request everyone reading this to NEVER buy anything from Spammers regardless of how useful or cost effective the product or service they are offering may seem to you - For the sake of every other business and every customer that uses email as a legitimate means of communication with their customers. If you search for the same products or services that a Spammer may be offering, you will most likely find legitimate businesses offering the same products and services at same or lower prices. Thanks to a new federal law, Spammers can now be fined $250 to $750 per Spammed email address, with a cap increasing from $2,000,000 to $6,000,000, plus attorney fees.

Thank You for your cooperation and assistance regarding this matter. Have a nice day!
