Connect your Bluetooth-enabled Palm IIIx using USB Bluetooth adapter Motorola 98216h connected to USB port of your desktop or notebook computer and connect both to synchronize the data in your Palm IIIx PDA, transfer Palm IIIx files to computer or vice versa, send Palm IIIx or computer files to printers or fax servers, use a blue-tooth enabled wireless mouse, keyboard, or telephone headset, or even use your computer as a link to the Internet, all without cables.
Up to 7 Bluetooth 1.1 compatible devices (they need not be Palm IIIx PDA's) can connect to this Palm IIIx USB Bluetooth Adapter simultaneously, creating your own "Personal Area Network". The Palm IIIx Adapter is a long-range device (upto 100M), and is powered directly from the USB port, so there's no need for an external power supply. To keep your Palm IIIx data secure, Bluetooth wireless technology uses 128-bit encryption and a "frequency hopping" scheme that is almost impossible to intercept.
