Sorry, returns for exchange cannot be made for exchange with accessories for a different phone because exchanges are offered only for the purpose of replacing/ repairing defective item(s). C.P.A.C. will not accept products for exchange when returned due to normal wear and tear such as erased numbers on the keypads, frayed cell phone case material, exhausted batteries - batteries must be replaced by the customer for products such as StarTAC Organizers, vibra clips, etc. that operate on disposable batteries. Items not kept in mint condition cannot be returned. These items include Installed handsfree kits, glass mount antennas, software and data kits which do not remain in mint condition once opened and installed.
All returns/exchanges are accepted by mail only so that you may have an unbiased 3rd party proof of delivery. C.P.A.C. does NOT require an RMA number for sending returns - However, C.P.A.C. will NOT be responsible for returns sent without the proof of purchase (copy of the order/packing slip) AND a completed Product Return Form (this form). For your protection, please send your item(s) INSURED via a shipper that provides tracking and accountability if the package is lost in transit.
